1. Shipping Zones and Rates
We ship our teas to customers within Australia and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please enter your shipping address and preferred shipping method at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that order processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Methods
No tracking shipping option – via Australia Post
A single packet of tea < 20mm thick - NO TRACKING $4.15
2 products < 20mm thick - NO TRACKING $5.10
>2 packets; you must use the tracking option below.
With tracking option (Recommended) – via Australia Post
1 to 3+ products (less than 500g) WITH TRACKING $9.35
Total order greater than 500g and less than 1kg $12.50
International rates – with tracking
All fees below are in AUD$ and include packaging and handling.
Worldwide – less than 250g AUD$19.95
Worldwide – greater than 250g less than 500g AUD$23.95
Worldwide – greater than 500g less than 1000g AUD$33.12
New Zealand | 4-6 working days
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
Rest of the world | 10-15 working days
Please allow for more time due to the recent COVID-19, it has caused delays worldwide.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if you choose the tracking option. This tracking information allows you to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
5. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charges. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. If you believe your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
